Pottery vases from Hierakonopolis Cliff Site (HK 11), Nagada I and Nagada II. These were discovered in a small rock shelter above a potter's home and workshop. Their shapes indicate that these jars were used for storage and cooking. Some of the vessels are more common with Lower Egypt than Upper Egypt.
